To make a purchase online you need to go through 7 steps
  • Find the item you want and put it in the basket (buy now)
  • In order to continue the acquisition select basket
  • Review the items in the cart - check out
  • Choose shipping method and enter personal information and continue
  • Check that all information is correct, confirm trading conditions, accept and proceed to payment
  • Enter the card details and confirm payment
  • Immediately after the purchase is completed, you will receive an order confirmation on the previously specified e-mail address.

All prices are incl. VAT and other taxes. Prices are recommended prices. Shipping costs are not included.

When you order online, agreements are made in English.

It is not possible to view previous orders when logging on the website. If you wish to receive a copy of your previous order confirmation, please send an email to info@cane-line.com.

All our products are manufactured to the highest quality. Please contact our sales or customer service team for information on individual product warranties. All products are warranted against manufacturing defects. Cane-line, reserves the right not to apply the warranty in cases of inappropriate use or when the product has been tampered with by a third party. When you shop online you have a general 24 month warranty.

All rights, including copyright, in this website are owned by or licensed to Cane-line a/s. Any use of this website or its contents, including copying or storing it or them in whole or part, other than for your own personal, non-commercial use is prohibited without the permission of Cane-line. You may not modify, distribute or re-post anything on this website for any purpose.

Accuracy of Content
Cane-line has taken every care in the preparation of the content of this website, in particular to ensure that prices quoted are correct at time of publishing and all products have been fairly described. However, orders will only be accepted if there are no material errors in the description of the goods or their prices as advertised on this website. All prices are displayed inclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise, and where applicable. For a VAT receipt please email us. The weights, dimensions and capacities given are approximate only. We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of our products that appear on the website. However, as the actual colours you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any colour will accurately reflect the colour of the product on delivery.

Damage to your Computer
Cane-line makes every effort to ensure that this website is free from viruses or defects. However, we cannot guarantee that your use of this website or any websites accessible through it won't cause damage to your computer. It is your responsibility to ensure that the right equipment is available to use the website and screen out anything that may damage it. Cane-line shall not be liable to any person for any loss or damage which may arise to computer equipment as a result of using this website.

There are no charges for payment online.

We take payment from your card at the time we ship your order, once we have checked your card details.

Fraud checks are conducted on all our orders. This involves checks on details provided during the order process including the address details. This may involve your details being passed to a 3rd party fraud checking company. On occasion we may ask for additional information in order to process your order. We will conduct this process as quickly as possible however on occasions dispatch of goods may be delayed.

Goods are subject to availability. In the event that we are unable to supply the goods, we will inform you of this as soon as possible. A full refund will be given where you have already paid for the goods.

The price you pay is the price displayed on this website at the time we receive your order. While we try and ensure that all prices on our website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of goods you have ordered we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund.

Title to any products you order on this website shall pass to you on delivery of the products, provided that we have processed and received payment in full for the products.

All prices include VAT (where applicable) at the applicable current rates but exclude delivery charges unless expressly stated otherwise.

All credit card transactions are done in local currency.

All items are subject to availability. We will inform you as soon as possible if the goods you have ordered are not available.

We reserve the right to offer alternative products that are similiar as long as they are of the same or greater value.

Ordering Errors
You are able to correct errors on your order up to the point at which you click on "submit" or “make payment” on the final page of our ordering process. Alternatively you can contact our customer service team on the number provided.

Delivery Times and Rates
Delivery charges vary depending on the type of products ordered and the service you select and cannot be refunded. Your delivery charges will be clearly indicated at checkout. Shipping information can be found at check-out as well. We make every effort to deliver goods within the estimated timescales, however delays are occasionally inevitable due to unforeseen factors and all goods and products are subject to availability. Cane-line shall be under no liability for any delay or failure to deliver the products within estimated timescales. If you are purchasing to replace some of your existing goods, we also recommend that you do not dispose of your existing goods until your new goods have arrived and been checked for damage.

Delivery will normally follow within 3-4 weeks after purchase on all items on stock marked with green or yellow during check-out. Regarding products not in stock at time of order, you will be informed of expected time of delivery. Cane-line handles delivery, through local shipping forwarders. Delivery is to the customer-indicated delivery address. We deliver only mainland. For other deliveries please contact us directly to hear more about your options.

All purchases will be added a delivery charge depending on product and order size. The delivery charge will be indicated during check-out.

If you specify at point of purchase that an order can be left with a neighbor or in a location around the property, you have agreed that the goods can be delivered without a signature and are being left at your own risk. We cannot be held liable after the courier has delivered for security of goods.

Where delivery is attempted and there is no response, our carrier will make a number of attempts to re-deliver the goods. If they are unable to deliver the goods to you, they will be returned to us, with the additional costs incurred being charged to you. Should you ask for the goods to be re-delivered you will be required to pay an additional delivery charge.

All products are subject to changes in packaging to ensure the best and safest delivery, if we think that your goods will be better suited in a differently branded box / container we will use this as an alternative packaging solution.

Can I pick up my order from your shop/office?
We do not hold a local stock outside Denmark and USA, but ship directly from our stock. Should you choose to pick up the goods yourself – please telephone before ordering to confirm, and indicate with a remark during check-out.

Voucher Codes
At point of checkout you will be asked if you have any discount/voucher codes. We offer these occasionally on our newsletter services. Sometimes we will offer these codes as loyalty rewards to customers who have purchased with us frequently. Please note that we will only accept coupon codes when they have been properly distributed to you. We do reserve the right to expire or void coupon codes after any period of time.

Acknowledgment and Acceptance of your Order
If you have supplied us with your email address, we will notify you by email as soon as possible to acknowledge your order. Please note that this e-mail is not an order confirmation or order acceptance from Cane-line. Our acceptance of your order will take place upon dispatch of the product(s) ordered.

Changing or cancelling orders
We request that you contact us via telephone on +45 66 15 45 60 . This is the only way we can guarantee an order will be cancelled before it is shipped. If your order has not yet been dispatched then this will be possible FOC, however if your order has been despatched or you have received the order you will be liable to pay a charge based upon the direct cost to recover and/or redeliver goods. We request that changed / cancelled items are returned in their original packaging.

Returns policy
Your are free to return your product with in 14 days after delivery. In case you want to return your product please contact our service department at +45 6615 4560 or fax +45 6615 4651. You may also email us at info@cane-line.com. Please note all returns must be returned in its original packaging and all returns will be against a return charge of 10% of the total purchase value.

Please Note we do not accept returns without prior written content and a completed return form. Please therefore contact our service department to receive a return form which you will be asked to fill out and return to us, in order for us to arrange pick-up.

Delivery discrepancies
Any discrepancies must be reported as soon as is reasonable after delivery, preferably within 48 hours. On arrival, if packaging appears damaged it is recommended that this is marked on the delivery note before you sign.

In case of a return you either get your product repaired or replaced, refunded or may receive a reduction in price, depending on the specific situation. This of course under the assumption that the claim is justified and that the defect is not caused by an incorrect use of the product or other injurious behavior.

A claim must be forwarded within a reasonable time after you have discovered the defect in the product. If a complaint is received within 14 days after the defect is discovered, the complaint will be considered timely.

We reimburse reasonable freight costs which you might have in connection with the return of the product when the claim is justified. All returns must be approved by Cane-line on beforehand. When you want to complain about a product, it must be sent to our address:

Upon receival of the product, you will receive an email with a confirmation that we received the product for warranty processing and what the further process in connection with the complaint will be.

It facilitates the processing time considerably if you are providing the description of any errors or damages. If Cane-line can not find the error on the returned products, these will be returned to you again.

Products returned to Cane-line, must be accompanied by a receipt / invoice which shows the time of purchase. If receipt / invoice do not follow the product, the complaint will not be processed when it is delivered, and the claim therefore rejected.

Please Note we do not accept returns without prior written content and a completed return form (please see below).

All products must always be returned in proper protective packaging and please make sure to get a receipt for shipment, so we can reimburse your shipping costs.

Returns Form
Please contact our return department on +45 6615 4560 or on info@cane-line.com to receive a return form. This form is to be filled out and returned to Cane-line a/s. Please also make sure to print the completed form out and attach to your parcel for return.

Missing items
On delivery: Should an item be missed or appear not delivered then we request that you notify us as soon as possible, preferably within 48 hours of initial receipt of delivery - we will not be held responsible for missing items if you have agreed for a delivery to be left somewhere without a signature. On assembly: Should a part appear missing from an item please report the item that is missing the part along with a description of part you believe to be missing. On both the above instances replacement goods will be despatched asap.

Faulty goods
Damaged goods must be reported to us as soon as is deemed reasonable, usually within 48 hours of delivery. It is the responsibility of the receipient to check for any damage sustained to the goods during transit. You must report the fault to us with a full description of the alleged fault/damage. If the fault is deemed a manufacturers fault or to have occurred during the manufacturing process, then we will replace the faulty item or part FOC. If the damage has occurred during the transit we will replace the item or part FOC. If items are lost in transit we will replace this FOC. In all instances we will request photographic evidence to be supplied of the damaged of faulty good.

Rejection of goods
When acceptance of an order takes place, the consumer loses the right to reject the goods, within 14 days, unless the item has been altered or use of the item continues after a complaint is registered with us.

All our stock is of a high quality and with correct use shall not experience any problems other than eventually suffering from general wear and tear. A consumer has no rights in respect of defects that are bought to his/her attention before the sale. A consumer cannot claim for damage he/she causes either by neglect or misuse.

Unwanted goods / wrongly ordered
Please contact our offices within 7 days of your receipt of the goods, should you wish to return the item(s).If you wish to cancel the contract you must indicate this in writing or another durable medium such as letter, fax, email info@cane-line.com, within the cancellation period.

Where an item(s) is/are not wanted or has been incorrectly ordered the customer is responsible for payment to return the item(s).The item must be returned to us together with a completed return form. All goods should be returned with their original packaging and in the same condition they were delivered. If the returned item(s) do not comply with this requirements, a fee will be charged to cover the direct cost of the recovery.

Refusal of Delivery
If you refuse delivery of an order you will be subject to a return admin fee deemed reasonable in accordance with the order. You will also lose the initial postage paid to cover administration costs of despatching the goods. These fees will be deducted from the refund amount which shall be issued once the goods are received back in our warehouse.

Export Restrictions
We will specify any export restrictions that apply on any of our products on individual product listings. Any export restrictions will also be clearly indicated at checkout.

We have placed links on this website to other websites we think you may want to visit. We do not always vet these websites and do not have control over their contents. Cane-line cannot accept any liability in respect of the use of these websites.

Exclusions of Liability
Any disclaimers and exclusions of liability in these terms & conditions shall not apply to any damages arising from death or personal injury caused by the negligence of Cane-line or any of its employees or agents or fraud. These disclaimers and exclusions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Law. If any provisions of these disclaimers and exclusions shall be unlawful, void or for any reason unenforceable then that provision shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.

Changes to Legal Notices
We reserve the right to change these terms & conditions from time to time and you should look through them as often as possible.

Law, Jurisdiction and Language
This website, any content contained herein and any contract brought into being as a result of usage of this website are governed by and construed in accordance with English Law. The parties to any such contract agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England. All contracts are concluded in English.

These terms and conditions do not affect your legal rights as private consumer.
